  1. Thankyou for this Dr Simuyemba. Our society needs more sensitization on depression and indeed other mental health issues. It’s so sad that in certain cases even close relations will tell someone not to talk about things that are eating them up. Medical treatment is also perceived wrongly, people believe that once someone takes drugs from chainama then they will become “mad” for life.
